Yesterday I mentioned that we went to Hiroshima on Monday. Today was really busy at school so I haven’t had time to put together a post about the trip. But here are some photos that made me smile, taken in one of the Hiroshima shopping arcades.
The first thing that caught my eye in this visual mayhem was my last name in dark blue.
I had to get a closer shot.
Then I noticed the information sign.
Pastime appears to be an 24-hour internet cafe. Judging from the icons, the booths are tall enough to stand up in, couples are ok. As is sleeping. And there are free drinks. Prices start at 200 yen for 30 minutes, with a 1,680 yen special deal for a 12-hour pack.
I found this sign in the doorway, with a “stacked” logo
Now if only finding time was as easy as spending it.
