I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to dog breeds but I think it's some sort of bulldog. I'll see if I can dig up a clearer photo. And yes, it's wearing clothes. I guess I've gotten used to the animal mannequins, since they're all over the place here. Japanese people are very serious about their pets' wardrobes. Yes, it’s a dog.
