Last year we were at the Shimonoseki Aquarium during Golden Week - we were in a tunnel aquarium where there were schools of hundreds of silver fish swimming. There was a man staring rapturously at them and I head him moan, &quot;Oishii!&quot; which means, &quot;Delicious!&quot;

I mean, I&#039;m sure I&#039;ve eaten that type of fish while here in Japan, but it takes a bit of time from seeing it swimming around to imagining it coated in batter and deep-fried on a plate in front of me!</description>
